Anxious Attachment

During the holidays we tend to get a feeling of anxious attachment to those who are closest to us. We need more love and want them to show it in ways, perhaps, they don't often show normally (with gifts and with warm tenderness). When they don't come through, which is often the case, we grieve. Then holidays sometimes get bitter and painful. This is the time to curl up with your grief and understand it a little better. Try not to walk away from your pain. It has a powerful message for you. Perhaps, it may be the healing message you have been wanting to get from the avoidant relationships in your life.

I wish Love this holiday. But most of all I wish you Peace of Mind.
