Fear

Fear can keep you from the very action you are to do today. Sometimes fear is good. It keeps us from playing on the top of an icy mountain precipice or dating the town flirt! But when your body fills with this same fear for important steps forward, your brain's wiring is tangled! You need help separating what is real and what is perceived fear!
